Information We Collect
Inquiries: When you contact us through our website or by email, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, the service and industry you’re interested in, and your message.
Calls to our AI voice agent: When you call our AI voice agent, the call audio is processed in real time so the agent can understand and answer you. We keep the call details, such as your phone number and the time and length of the call, and a transcript of the conversation. The agent tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call is transcribed.
Talking to our AI voice agent on our website: When you talk to the agent in your browser, your microphone audio is sent to it and processed in real time so it can understand and answer you. The transcript is shown only on your screen: we don’t record or keep website conversations.
Chatting with our AI assistant: When you ask the assistant on our website a question, the conversation is sent to our AI provider to write the answer. We don’t keep your chat: it stays in your browser tab until you close it. Please don’t share personal information in it.
Technical data: Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it to keep the website secure and working properly.
Cookies: We use only the cookies needed for the website to work securely, such as one that protects our contact form from misuse. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
